I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room Non-Smoking and truly appreciated the convenient location just off the highway, making it easy to explore nearby Boston. The room was comfortable, equipped with a fridge and a microwave, and the staff were attentive, quickly addressing any needs I had. However, I noticed that the breakfast could use a bit more variety to cater to different tastes.

However, the heavy drapes in room 248 failed to cover the windows effectively, allowing outside floodlights to disrupt sleep. Additionally, the hotel manager's rude demeanor was quite disappointing, which marred an otherwise decent stay during our 7-night visit.

Some noise can echo through the walls, making for an occasionally disruptive experience. Lastly, the breakfast offerings felt a bit chaotic, with items not being replenished regularly, which can be frustrating for guests looking for a simple meal to start the day.

We had a lot of fun enjoying the seasonal outdoor pool with the kids, which was a great way to cool off after a busy day exploring the Boston Harbor nearby. The staff was super friendly, especially Kristen, who made our family feel welcome throughout our stay.

In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could use a bit more thorough cleaning for families with children.
